Because Chara Social is where the OC universe and the IRL layer cross, The Archive holds knowledge from both layers, and holds it completely: it is the gathering of all knowledge, like an internet spanning the two layers. Its name means exactly that. How visitors experience or navigate its holdings remains unresolved.
