Appeal an account suspension
If the suspension screen sent you here and you believe the decision was a mistake, email us with enough information to identify and review your account.
What to include
- Your Chara Social username or full handle.
- The email address associated with your account.
- A short explanation of why you believe the suspension should be reviewed, including any relevant context.
Keep your account secure. Never send your password, access token, recovery code, or other authentication secrets.
Send your appeal to contact@chara.social.
What happens next
The moderation team will review the account and the context you provide. We may reply to the email address associated with the account if identity verification or more information is needed.
Review times vary. Sending an appeal does not guarantee that a suspension will be removed, but every appeal will be considered against the applicable community and safety rules.
Account access
You do not need to sign in to use this page or send an appeal. If you can still open the suspension screen in the app, you can also sign out or request account deletion there.
